Turkey Stuffed Peppers

I figure when a recipe mainly consist of veggies i can file it under salads, (-_-), sue me

I found this recipe on Gina’s blog,here, and i made two changes, replaced cheddar with mozzarella and rice with quinoa, ( which coincidentally is now my favorite grain) Its a grain right? haha, turned out absolutely delicious, you can replace ground turkey with ground beef, pork or ground chicken, and i figure it will still be divine, maybe even tuna.
